Every core service we perform is backed by our own written guarantee, not a manufacturer's fine print, our promise. If the problem we treated comes back within the covered period, we return and re-treat at no charge.
5-Year Roof Cleaning Warranty
Our roof soft-wash results are guaranteed for five years against the return of black streaks and roof algae (Gloeocapsa Magma). If regrowth is visible within 5 years of a completed cleaning, we come back and retreat the roof at no charge.
1-Year House Washing Warranty
If mold, algae, or mildew returns to any siding surface we cleaned within 12 months, we come back and re-treat it at no charge.
Gutter Cleaning & Gutter Guard Warranty
Gutter cleaning and RainDrop gutter guard installation, along with the RainDrop product warranty, are handled by Hickory Gutter Pros, our sister company and Western NC's registered RainDrop installer.
