Our Christmas light service is genuinely full-service — not just installation. It starts with a free in-person design consultation at your home, where we walk the property, discuss lighting style, coverage areas, and color preferences, and design a display that complements your home's architecture.
We use commercial-grade LED lights — brighter, more energy-efficient, and far more durable than what you find at retail stores. They're designed to withstand an NC winter and look great all season. Lights can be customer-owned (purchased through us) or leased seasonally — we'll explain both options and pricing during the consultation.
Installation happens October through November by our trained crew. Takedown occurs in January and February. We store your lights in our climate-controlled facility year-round, so you never deal with tangled strands, burned-out sections, or garage storage again. Book early — installation slots fill fast in October and we can't add capacity at the last minute.

Your display is fully operational. If a section has an issue during the season, call us — we come back and fix it as part of the service. You don't climb a ladder for anything.
We return in January or February, carefully remove all lights and clips, inspect strands for damage, and store everything in our facility until the following season.
